    I’ve gone through 4 lower back surgery 1st. A Microdiscnotopy,the 2nd. Major Lumbar Spine Surgery,and a 3rd.Microdisnotopy,and a 4th.     I absolutely love this stuff, and have highly recommended it to friends and family. I have had degenerative arthritis in my knees for several years, and nothing has helped my knee and back pain like this has! The pain wakes me up in the middle of the night and used to keep me awake.
